Passages

The Passage Plan feature brings the details of a passage together before departure. Plot your intended waypoints, calculate timings and fuel requirements, organise crew and watch schedules, identify hazards and places of refuge, and establish who is keeping an eye on the vessel ashore — and what they should do if you don't arrive as expected.

Import existing charting app

Import a route from your existing charting app as a GPX file into a new passage plan, or enter the route manually. Modus Marine measures the route and calculates estimated timings based on departure time and cruising speed, helping you work out distances, ETAs and fuel requirements.

Note: Modus Marine doesn't draw charts, recommend routes or tell you where to steer.
